Payment Information

We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Please be prepared to pay all co-pays and coinsurance at the time of your visit. Thank you.



Insurance & Billing

Most major insurances are accepted, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Office of Group Benefits, Aetna and Cigna. If you are unsure if your insurance is accepted, please call our insurance staff at 448-5310.

We do not accept Worker's Comp or MDI. We do NOT accept Medicaid or Tricare as PRIMARY.


Facilities

Dr. Morrison and Dr. Gosserand perform all outpatient procedures at either Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital or Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital. Inpatients are seen at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. They are on call for Cabrini 24 hours a day.




Our Office Hours Are:

8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday




Please Bring the Following Items to Your Appointment:
  • Our New Patient Information Package (which can be downloaded above)
  • Picture ID / Dirvers License
  • Insurance Card/Cards
  • Current List of Medications




Patient Responsibilities:
  • Be sure that our doctor(s) are in network with your insurance
  • Be sure that if your insurance requires a pre-certification or referral for an office visit, you must be sure that you or your primary care provider (PCP) has obtained your authorization.  If, not, your appointment may be rescheduled.
  • If you are going to have a procedure, know which facility is in network for your insurance.
  • For office co-pay, co-ins, or deductibles as stated by your insurance at the time of your visit.
  • We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Cards.  On cash payments no bills larger than $20.00 accepted.
  • Should you be unable to attend the appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hour notice.
  • Should you require refills on prescriptions, all requests are sent to the nurse and may take up to 48 hours to be processed.
  • All calls are sent to the nurses voicemail and will be answered as quickly as possible but may take up to 24 hours.
